Purchasing a work of art

If you would like to purchase any of the artworks on display at KO+GEI 2024, please read the following before submitting your application. Please note that a ballot will be held in the event of multiple applications for the same artwork.

【Applying to purchase an artwork】

■Application period

May 23 (Thursday) 10:00 -
May 26, 2024 (Sunday) 17:00

■How to apply

Please use the application form available from the QR code or address below.

・Fill in the required information and check the box of your preferred artist.
・You may apply as many times as you like, but you are only allowed to apply for one artwork in each order.
・Please be sure to enter your email address correctly on the application form.
・Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Please select your preferred payment method at the time of application.
・Customer information must be the same as that registered for the method of payment.
・If your preferred delivery address is different from your home address, we will contact you should your application be successful.
・Customers shall be responsible for any shipping fees or insurance premiums.

【Ballot】

■Ballot results announced: May 27 (Monday) 15:00

・Carefully administered ballots will be held and only the successful applicants will be notified by email.
・Successful applicants will be provided with payment instructions.
・If we are unable to confirm your payment by the notified payment deadline (approximately 3 business days after notification), the successful application will be forfeited.
・In the event of any shipping fees, we will contact you about the charges after confirming payment for the artwork. (Shipping fees vary depending on the size of the artwork and country/region.)

■Collection: Scheduled at any time after June 3 (Monday)

・Should you wish to have the artwork shipped, we will arrange shipping after confirming payment for the artwork and shipping fee.
・Should you wish to pick up the artwork in person, we will let you know when you can come to collect it after confirming your payment.

■Points to note

・We cannot accept cancellations or changes of email address after your application has been submitted.
・Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We therefore ask for your understanding on this point before making your application.
・So that we may notify you of your successful application by e-mail, please ensure you are able to receive e-mails from this address: koplusgei@toobi.co.jp
・We will not contact those who have been unsuccessful.
・Please note that we are unable to respond to inquiries confirming a successful application or ballot method.
・After the ballot, we may ask you to confirm your identity by email or phone by asking you to provide your credit card details or other form of identification.

Personal information used for any sale of artwork will be handled in accordance with our policy for the protection of personal information (https://koplusgei.com/privacy/), as well as rules for the handling of personal data, (collectively, our “Privacy Policy”). Tokyo Art Club will respond appropriately to requests for notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of retained personal data, suspension of use or elimination, and suspension of provision to third parties.

I. Delivery charges
After receiving your purchase request or inquiry, we will estimate the delivery cost and contact you via your e-mail address. If you are not satisfied with the delivery charges, we will cancel your order without payment or delivery, even if you have already placed an order. Please note that we are unable to automatically calculate delivery costs for art works due to their size depending on how they are packaged and due to insurance premium fluctuations.
II. In the case of bank transfers, the customer is responsible for handling fees.
III. Customers are responsible for any taxes and dues, including customs duties and value-added taxes, as well as customs clearance fees in some countries.
IV. Customers are responsible for delivery costs incurred after the package arrives at the delivery address designated by the customer, as well as transportation and other costs incurred to pick up the package.
V. Internet connection fees and transmission fees required for viewing the pages of this site, downloading software, etc. shall be borne by the customer.

8 . Payment method

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

9 . Payment period

I. Credit card payment: Once the customer agrees to the purchase price and other fees (such as delivery charges), we will proceed to finalize the payment. The actual withdrawal date will be in accordance with the contract with your credit card company.
II. Bank transfer payment: Please make payment to the designated account within 3 business days from the order confirmation date. If payment is not made by the due date, the order will be automatically cancelled.

10 . Dates of delivery and pickup of items

The dates and times of delivery and pickup of items will be based on the business days of the supplier, the delivery company, and the customer’s own collection date and time.
In case of delivery exceeding 14 days, the supplier or the support desk will contact you in advance.

11 . About returns

If we do not find a valid reason, we will not accept returns or cancellations after the order has been confirmed.
Returns will not be accepted before we are notified, and we will not be responsible for any delivery charges, insurance costs, or any damage caused by the return of the item.
For items with special conditions of selling or offering, the conditions will be indicated on the page of each item.
